WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY AND HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Our return policy is for 30 days from original purchase date. A receipt is required as proof of the date of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, call us at
281-537-8669 or email us at info@sports-express.com and we may be able to verify that you purchased the item(s) from Sports Express. Please send the item(s) to be returned, along with a copy of your receipt, to the address below. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund, or if you prefer, store credit. All items that are marked down 50% or more may not be returned. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON USED RACQUETS. Used racquets may only be traded in through the Racquet Trade In Program, not returned.

Rackets
Rackets must be in their original unplayed state. This means no ball fuzz or signs of wear on the strings, plastic still on the handle, and no signs of wear on the bumper guard, or any other part of the frame. If you want to trade in a used racquet, see our Racquet Trade In Program. We can only refund the price of a racquet on strung racquet returns, as the strings are not reusable.

Strings
Strings must be in their original packaging. We can only refund the price of a racquet on strung racquet returns, as the strings are not reusable.

Shoes
Shoes cannot be worn and must be returned with the original box. Place manufacturer’s shoe box inside another box when shipping.

We will not accept returns shipped without a protective outer box. The manufacturer’s shoe box or string packaging does not count as a protective outer box.

In-Store Pickup
You may pick up an order at our storefront location during regular business hours. Please confirm the transaction and anticipated pick-up time before completing the transaction. This may be limited due to stringing times and product availability.
A $25 charge will apply to all of the shipping costs below for 12 or more cans of tennis balls.
Free Shipping
We will ship all orders over $50 for free via the method of our choosing. Please allow 5-7 business days.
UPS Ground (3-5 business days) - $7.95
USPS Priority Mail (5-7 business days) - $15.00
FedEx Express Saver (3 business days) - $30.00
FedEx 2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $45.00
Standard Overnight (1 business day) - $100.00

Shipping price is a flat fee for purchase up to three (3) rackets. Shipping prices may vary depending upon quantity and size of purchase.

IS SPORTS EXPRESS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER?
YES! Sports Express is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell. Sports Express honors all manufacturer warranties. As an authorized dealer we recieve authentic products and can verify that these are not fakes. There are many sites selling cheaper products, but often they are not real and do not perform anything like the original product.

WHAT DOES M.A.P. MEAN?
M.A.P. means Minimum Advertised Price. As an authorized dealer of all of our products, we are bound to a pricing policy set by each manufacturer. This is to help protect the manufacturer, seller, and buyer from the sale of non-authorized goods.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales Tax is collected on all orders placed with a Billing OR Shipping Address in the state of Texas. Texas sales tax is 8.25%.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Online we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We also accept cashier's checks (made out to Sports Express), and money orders (made out to Sports Express). All currencies are U.S. Dolllars. Please confirm with our staff the sending and receiving of theses types of orders for your protection.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email us at info@sports-express.com or call (281) 537-8669 to change or cancel any order. However, most orders are processed same day so please take that into consideration.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE SOMETHING?

Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Including holidays.

Telephone
We recieve telephone orders during our normal business hours. Please call (281) 537-8669 and ask for an Internet Sales Representative and we will be happy to take your order, check on the status of your order or answer any questions.

Email
Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Including holidays.

Fax
Fax orders are accepted 24-hours-a-day at (281) 537-8600. Please include your name, contact information(email and daytime telephone), billing/shipping address, exact product name and price, special instructions(i.e. stringing information), as well as your credit card information. Also, you can click here to use our faxable form.

Store Pickup
Orders placed online, fax, email, or telephone can be picked up at the store. Please confirm the transaction and anticipated pick-up time before completing the transaction. This is limited due to stringing times and product availability.

ORDER STATUS & PROCESSING
All orders for in-stock items that are received by 2 p.m. Central Standard Time will be shipped out the same day.
You will recieve one email confirmation of our recieving the order and one email with tracking information. If there are unique requests it may require extra time and communication in order for the order to be properly handled.

DO THE PRODUCTS CARRY WARRANTIES AND IF THEY DO THEN HOW DO I HANDLE IT

Rackets
All racquets carry a 1-year Manufacturer warranty, but replacement under this warranty is up to the manufacturer. If your racquet is not replaced by the manufacturer, it will be returned to us with an explanation of why it was not replaced, at which time we can return it to you for an additional shipping cost if you so choose. To have your racquet sent to the manufacturer for warranty, send your racquet, along with $8 to cover shipping and handling, to us at the address below, or bring it in to our storefront location.

Shoes
Some of the shoes we carry come with a Durability Guarantee from the manufacturer. In these cases, a card containing instructions on how to handle these gaurantees is included in the shoe box at the time of purchase. These guarantees are handled directly by the manufacturer and do not go through Sports Express. If, however, there is a defect in a shoe, Sports Express will be more than happy to take care of that. All you have to do is send the shoes, along with $8 to cover shipping and handling, back to us at the address below, or bring them into our storefront location.
